Architectural Concept

Designed by Andra Matin, one of the leading Indonesian contemporary architecture firms, AD Premier is a conceptually well-thought project that offers both uniqueness and friendliness to the environtment, as well as working experience in a soothing environment that none other can offer. The façade, as one of the building’s main character, combines GRC and glass cladding for irregular sunscreen efficiency. And to reduce sun radiation, it is supported by white GRC that has low conductivity for external finishing. As a working environment that provides comfort to tenants, the building reduces cooling capacity to more than 30% compared to the standard façade concept. To support the green environment, AD Premier has Overall Thermal Transfer Value (OTTV) that is less than 45 watt/m² and more than 30% energy saving.

ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY

AD Premier is purposely built as an environmentally friendly building. The building applies several systems that are friendly to the environment. For example, for better water treatment solutions, the rain water recycling, STP effluent recycling and the eco-friendly waste water management treatment systems are applied. For ventilation solutions, the building applies extract ventilation systems for smoke, pantries and toilet. AD Premier also has natural air circulation with its 80% open space left and distributes fresh air to tenancy areas through AC system. The basement parking area is designed uniquely so it allows natural lighting.

ABOUT ANDRA MATIN

Isandra Matin Ahmad, the principal, is one of the founders of Arsitek Muda Indonesia (Young Architects of Indonesia, AMI), which has greatly influenced the progress of architecture in Indonesia. He has won numerous awards including the Association of Indonesian Architects (Ikatan Arsitektur Indonesia, IAI), in 1999 and 2002, 2006 and 2011.

As boutique office, the complex provides an integrated security system for tenants’ peace of mind and a complete range of facilities and amenities within the building and its surrounding area for convenience in their daily working activities. Bank, ATMs, café, restaurant, canteen and minimart are available within the building whilst tour and travel service, car wash service and mosque are accessible within reach in the surrounding area within the complex.
